Scuba Diving in Fiji

Scuba diving in Fiji is just the ticket if you are intent on having a fantastic South Pacific dive vacation. The underwater world in Fiji can only be described as a diving paradise, with an abundance of beautiful hard & soft corals, vertical walls, caves, pinnacles and large numbers of Pelagic & Reef fish, all in clear, warm waters.

Best visibility is usually during the dry season (May – October) when there is less sediment runoff however, the Scuba diving in Fiji is normally associated with fantastic visibility since most dive sites are usually well offshore anyway.

The Fiji Dive industry is very well established with a great choice of operations and locations on Viti Levu’s Coral Coast, the Yasawa & Mamanuca Group, Kadavu, Taveuni & Vanua Levu. You can also feel comfortable diving in Fiji as Suva has a recompression chamber and there is a helicopter medivac that can go anywhere in the Islands if necessary.
